Team Working: the absent concept.
In Egypt, and most of our Arab countries , the most problem that break down any successful work is the absence of "team working"concept from our minds.
you can say that the majority of our people don't imagine how to work in a team. We can see this problem in all fields of our life , from media to sport and from arts to the scientific research. This concept is absent because of many factors that affect on our eastern mind , like despotism authority and individual wrong feel about meaning of one's value which will lost in the case of working in a team.
This factors are all don't represent any complete system , so I think it's so easy to plant the meaning of team working importance in our children .
We must teach them the right meaning of dignity , and the right way to keep one's value , and how to appreciate ourselves in team work.
Paradoxically bizarre that the Egyptian mind can accept easily the political despotism without any effective reaction. In my opinion it's mainly because of the Lack of awareness of the great effect of the team work.
on the other side, we can find examples in the whole world ( I mean North, South America, Europe, Australia and even in Antarctic- but not Arab World- ) that show the effect of team work.
Ukrainian people could simply replace the despotic regime with democratic and elected one , because of one main reason: their gathering and unity.
What I wanna say is: if we decided to achive any progress in our way to civilization, we must consolidate the meaning of "team work" in our generation's mind.

the creative musician Yanni , I wondered , if he was alone , would he achieve any success ?
I don't think so ,
Yanni like Egyptian Nobel's prize winner "Ahmed zewil" are just a members in team , their success is for their team , and the team's success is for them too .
